Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders are sent via Royal Mail first class post.
International orders are sent via Royal Mail international tracked & signed service to ensure safe delivery of your items.
If your item is sent via a tracked and signed service you will be provided with a tracking number once your item has been dispatched. Please note that The Little Harry & Co. Ltd cannot accept responsibility for any address that is entered incorrectly at checkout. If your order is taken to your local delivery office due to no answer and it is not collected in time from said delivery office and subsequently returned to us, The Little Harry & Co. Ltd will require payment for re-delivery.
For international orders, once your item reaches it's destination country please contact your local post office for any issues regarding arrangement of delivery.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We always try to ensure that our products are sent out in perfect condition. However sometimes due to situations beyond our control for example damage in post, your item may arrive in an unsatisfactory state. In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty or damaged item or your item is wrong please contact us at email@example.com as soon as possible. To help us to respond quickly, please try to include as much information as possible:
